I am not happy with the service I am getting from Old Mutual

I am not happy with the service I am getting from Old Mutual. I started a policy cancellation process on the 21st of August, but till today it has not been processed. Instead, I have been given the runaround where in every response I get I am required to fill in forms that require one and the same information. I am now worried my funds will not be paid out as I am no longer receiving any response at this point. This was a investment for my daughters college fund. i do not know what to do at this point.
