I am no longer working for this company

I am no longer working for this company. I WAS RETRENCHED the 31st of May 2024. I am still awaiting my payout. I claimed online on the 30th of September 2024 after reasons unbeknownst to me I wasn't paid out yet. I would like to know what is going on. When am I getting my money? What is the problem? Everytime I get told its being escalated, or told to use whatsapp to enquire about my claim status or To use myclaim online ( which I did), still no answers or any feedback from anybody. Why am I showing active online? or still showing that I am employed by the company that I was retrenched from? After this I won't recommend friends or family to do business with Old Mutual again, nor will I.There's no transparency at all or any communication regarding my claim.
