I am having the worst experience with old mutual

I am having the worst experience with old mutual. I've been trying to surrender my policy since Friday 05/07. I only found out yesterday that I needed to complete a surrender form. I have submitted the signed surrender form along with other required documents yesterday, got an acknowledgement email back. Got a sms this morning telling me I need to sign the form which I did!!!!! To make matters worse is that they sent a different reference number. I just called and a gentleman told me he cannot find thing. Pathetic service!!! Will not recommend!!! 😠
