I am due for a cash back since August

I am due for a cash back since August.and i made contacts with Old mutual from October and everytime i call to enquire about the status of my cash back payment they always say after two days money will reflect into my account they have verified my banking details since the policy its deducted from my persal.but to date nothing has happened.
