I visited old mutual in Centurion Mall to get a bank Statement during my lunch hour, come on old mutual how on earth do you send me back to work without a bank statement just because I didn't have my proof of ID. I mean, I had my old mutual bank card with the pin and a registered cell phone, fully charged with the registered Sim card in it and thanks to Centurion Mall for the wonderful WiFi experience that made it possible for me to carry on with my banking business. To cut the long story short I was sent back to work not assisted just because I didn't have my proof of ID in order to obtain a mere 3 months bank statement.
