How long does a withdrawal take!?

I used to be an Old Mutual employee. I requested for partial withdrawal of my pension fund with Old Mutual more than a month ago. Since then no one got back to me. If I call the call centers I get transferred from pillar to post having to hold constantly. I’ve wasted so much airtime listening to silly voice prompts than to speak to a consultant that can actually help me. The adviser that is trying to assist me Enver Dirksen told me when I called him today that he has no answer for me as Old Mutual is not responding to his emails. And mind you neither to mine. When is my partial withdrawal request going to be processed? When can I expect my payment?
