How difficult can it really be??

<p>I signed up with OM for two policies, an educational and funeral plan in March 2016, it's not that far from March 2017 and yet my policy documentation only arrived yesterday, the 24/01/2017. After waiting the mentioned 3-4 weeks, which the agent said upon signing up, I called to enquire. Turns out this agent put the incorrect area for my address even after confirming it with her countless times! I was then assured it would she sent in 21 days, this too passed. I sent numerous emails to their highly *********** client service department, no one seemed to understand that I wanted, needed and had not received my hard copy. These agents kept sending it to me via email, as if that's what I was needing. Last week I dealt with yet another agent whom advised it reflected my documents were sent and should arrive soonest. I was happy to finally see post from OM....only to be even further frustrated that it was only one of the two policies I have with them. So I need to know, how difficult is it to issue both my damned policies via post</p>
