hospital plan dont pay for this or that?????

I have a flexicare plan when I wanted to use it the first time for my wife's hysterectomy they said the policy was not old enough. now 10 years later I have to go to the dentist to cut out my wisdom tooth and have an implant in the theatre now it does not pay again. WHAT NOW!!!!!! OPTION 1: WAIT TILL NEXT OPERATION OPTION 2: HAVE OLD MUTUAL PAY OUT ALL MY PAYMENTS FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS WITH NO EXCLUSIONS. I HAVE DONE MY BIT
