HORROR TAX FREE INVESTMENT WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELATION - OLD MUTUAL

What a nightmare it has been to try and withdraw from these people. First they ask for a bank statement that is three months old to pay me back my money which I had invested. I send them a statement that is two months old as it's a new account. They still don't want to process my withdrawal. But strange enough the very same statement I sent to them, they had paid me money in it without requesting for a three months statement. I then call to ask that they cancel this investment and stop the premiums, that I could not be assisted with because I couldn't remember the address that used when I opened the investment with. Mind you all other security questions I could answer, only thing I couldn't remember was the address and I was told I couldn't be assisted until I remember the address.

My thing now is I am being forced to still be with this company even though I am no longer interested in their service. Wow, had I known this would be the issue I would have never even attempted to save anything you. All I need now is to cut the relationship as it's no longer benefiting me. I'm sure they will be deducting premiums even though I have expressed that I want to cancel. All I want is for these people to give me what is rightfully mine and cancel this investment, is that too much to ask for.
