Horrifying experience with old mutual investment policy - ****...!!

I Requested a withdrawal from my funds saved with old mutual but they are denying to give me my funds, I even struggled to buy my kids stationery and failed to pay transport for my kids to go to school, let alone, struggling to keep up with the month of January while I have money kept at old mutual and requested to make a withdrawal but could not be assisted, what a traumatizing experience.....
