horrific service

Old mutual service is very bad, I submitted a claim on the 20th and since then no updates, no communication, when I called in they saying they cannot give me an update just that my request is still submitted, with no movement for 7 days!!!!!.....I spoke to a agent named Sibongile that did not want to assist me....that blatantly refused to provide a supervisors name or the reference number saying there is no reference numbers for the calls!!!!!
