Horrific customer service

I have been waiting since for a week now for a paid up letter as I DO NOT OWE old mutual any money and this was confirmed by the legal department.When I did I follow up today I was told that the letter cannot be issued and when I asked the consultant to read the notes my previous conversation had not even been recorded.
