Horrific and most astonishing service

<p>I sent through my claim withdrawal forms on the 17th March 2017 and today is the 1st of march 2017. The claim on the forms and when an agent explains, says the process takes 20 working days and as I stand its almost double the period.</p> <p>Firstly when you phone the call centre its a nightmare, one holds up to an hour just to get through and when you finally get through there is continuous excuses why the claim has not even been processed yet. I'm fed up and I would actually just like to get my money back as my mom is going in for surgery soon. I will not wait another week.I sent required forms and continuously I'm requested to send more and more forms which I was never made aware of to start of with. If I had known I would have rather invested my money else where as this has become a painful process.</p>
