Horrible workmanship (DISGUSTING)

just spent 2 hours at old mutual Maponya offices.. With my ticket still in hand.. Because your systems were offline.. When it came to knock off time.. The staff were more than glad to see us out... Go to ANY other institution the business closes once the last customer has been served. Never have i ever experienced such dispicable treatment... Would have not bothered sitting patiently if i wasn't desperate.... You seriously need to give more freedom to do stuff online to save us the grief of wasting time for absolutely NOTHING !
