Horrible staff at Bridgecity Kwamashu

The staff at Bridge city kwamashu branch are horrible including the manager, I think they take us for granted cos its a branch for black people. I am a paying client at OM for about 20 years but today's experience was very horrible and uncalled for, while walking in the mall my 2 YEAR old grandson took a balloon from their deco and one of their staff member ran after him and harshly took it away from him and the poor child was crying for it and he didn't want to give him as he said it it for their deco!!! What is 1 balloon?? It's a 2 year old for crying out loud, what difference was it gonna make and even after I pleaded with the gent and even spoke to the manager they were not willing to budge, is this the treatment we deserve as clients, do you know what damage such things do to children?? Is this what OM stands for?? I am appalled by the behaviour of the guy and the manager and I want action taken, this cannot be an acceptable behaviour by a company I trust my money with.
