Terrible service from old mutual. Do yourself a favor and do not take out any form of investment or provident fund with this company. Its been 7 weeks now since I put in a claim with old mutual on my protektor fund which I joined in 2019 and not even 1 communication from them. I've called countless number of times,only to be **** to each time. I was told my claim is being processed but for 7 weeks now, it has not even been to sars for tax. Friday 8 November (which was 6 weeks later) the manager tells me that there was a problem with the system and my claim will be paid this week, which was clearly another lie because I called today 13 November 2024 only yo be told the same story that my claim is still being processed but has but has not even been taken to sars for tax yet. Old mutual clearly doesn't care about its clients and they take their clients for granted. Horrible service from you. I regret investing with you.
