Horrible Service, No communication

It is just unfortunate that you need to click on a star for rating because old mutual does not even deserve the single star rating that I gave. In fact I am cancelling all my policies with them because if we are getting a run around like this a year and two months later of submitting my late mom's retirement annuity claim then i dont want my daughter or anybody close to me to run around like this when I paid my premiums in full. We have been following up and all we're told is its escalated, no feedback whatsover is received no communication or anything we are just told its escalated. I have had my policy with you for over 5 years but Its not worth it. Id rather have a policy with a company that understands the urgency of having claims resolved on time.
