Horrible service from OM

I received a payout from Old Mutual yesterday and the numbers are not making sense I have absolutely nothing in writing telling me how much was in my father’s provident fund how much was I supposed to get how much tax will be deducted nothing I called Superfund no one can give me something tangible because this money is peanuts I need a explanation
