Horrible service from Old Mutual Consultant and Complaints Department

I really don't advice anyone to open any type of policy with Old Mutual. Their consultants are *********** and their service in terms of dealing with complaints is terrible. The consultant I took the policy I have with OM **** to me and told me its a retirement savings policy was tax deductible. Come the time for me to request for a tax certificate I am suddenly being told that this policy isn't tax deductible. I logged a complaint through email and I got a response saying they will investigate and get back to me within 5 days from Lauren Cele who is supposed to be assisting me on my complaint on this. It's been over 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything. When I call OM I am being sent from pillar to post. Honestly this is just terrible service, the only time OM is able to give you good service is when they want to take your money from you.
