Horrible service from Old Mutual

I app**** for a withdrawal from my savings product, some weeks ago, and I have not received any feedback from Old Mutual regarding my withdrawal. Worst of all when I call their call center I am put on hold for several minutes and then they hang-up the call. this is completely unacceptable as these are my funds, I am not asking for a loan or anything like that. I have made attempts to have them contact me through their various platforms with no success.
