Horrible service from Old Mutual
I had horrible service from Old mutual. Since March it has not been resolved. What is worse is the fact that the Complaints Manager called me to resolve his 2 months ago but they still have not. I went to the branch and no one can pick up my policy on the system, But the deductions still continue, and the horrible SMS's that i am behind with my payments are still being sent. So bad from such a big company that handles peoples financial futures
