Horrible service

I have forgotten my login details on the old mutual site. My number has since changed. I need assistance retrieving my login details. I have tried to call again and again I get cut off whilst waiting to speak to a consultant. I have written an email they have not responded in two weeks. I wrote another one today but I know it's just a lost case.

It's a horrible service I am getting at the Tonga branch in Mpumalanga Tobga Mall.The lady there has an attitude,she refuse to assist me with My tax certificates and they are my only nearest branch. She even said she doesn't know how to assist with login details. I feel hopeless.
