Horrible Service
I have been a client of Old Mutual since the early 1990. But their services suck. And their staff is *********** and rude. I have been sending emails regarding my AR payment with absolutely NO response. Why is it that the minute you want your OWN money, then Old Mutual disappears😡 I am done. I rather take my money and go to a different company where I might get better services. I have more than 3 policies with Old Mutual. Sies😡

30 Nov 2023, 15:58After weeks of struggling with Old Mutual, I’m still not happy. Each and everytime I have to hear a different excuse why I cannot get my money. I have been advised to send a letter. Which I did TWICE. Then NO RESPONSE. Then I had to phone and email different people. Just to get another letter which I had to sign and return. No, after sending numerous letters, a different excuse about pending money. But still I have not received my AF!!’ I have debit orders going off and in the meantime Old Mutual refuses to give me my OWN money😡
How ridiculous is that.
Different people giving different excuses to clients - that is a perfect sign of a company that is nog to be trusted😡
