Horrible service!

AGAIN, I'm struggling with these people!

The moment you think someone will assist you, they vanish into thin air an then they DO NOT get back to you!

Trying to cancel my savings plan and withdraw funds after sending all relevant documents the guy just sends an email that he doesn't have the contract number and cannot assist me! Then after sending him an email back, stating that all the information is on the documents.... nothing

Followed up a few days later asking whats the status... still nothing...

So apparently the only way to get things done with them is by coming here...
