HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL ROUND
Nothing has been done yet ,still no payment or statement, 6 weeks later. THEY CAN EVEN PROVIDE a statement OF MY ACCOUNT. WHEN YOU CALL, IT TAKES 20MINUTES TO GET TO AN AGENT. THIS PLACE IS REFUSING TO PAY OUT MAYBE THEY HAVE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

12 May 2025, 16:19That is really nonsense, does it take 6 weeks to resolve this matter? Every week is the same old story, no, the system must create a vested pot, does it really take 6 weeks to create this pot. The consultants are rude and arrogant, all they can say is the system to h3ll with your system. Right now I was put on hold for 30 minutes, and my call was redirected back to the switchboard board and I spoke to an arrogant lady. Nthombi was put on hold for 30 minutes, and she never came back. I want a statement so I can move my funds to Allan Gray because OM id just pathetic
