Horrible service - again

I a as m tired of Old Mutual’s bad service. After I responded on social media for life cover, I got a call from Old Mutual. Then their nursing sister coming to my home to get bloods done. After 2 attempts she advised me to go to Lancet to get my blood drawn. 3 weeks later and no sign of word from Old Mutual. Clear sign they are NOT the company to get any policy with. I went through all the trouble to get bloodtests for nothing as it seems now no-one knows anything about this!! Definitely going to a different company for my policies.
