Horrible service
Bad service I have ever experienced in my life. I have requested to withdraw my money on 05 April 2020. Old mutual is not giving me any feedback with regards to that despite several follow ups have made.
Clearly old mutual is not ready to assist their clients online. Even the call center I held the phone for over 30 minutes before I could get assisted.
