Horrible service!!!

Horrible service!!! I did a withdrawal from my tax free plan on the 4th of Sept for emergency purposes. I only received an sms on the 10th that documents were missing. I had to wait on a call for a long time only for the lady to send me the wrong documents. I submitted these documents without knowing that they were wrong, no communication was sent back to notify me. I called again and spoke to a gentleman who assisted me patiently in my frustration and sent me the correct documents. He escalated my withdrawal and I received an sms on the 20th of Sept that my money would reflect after 3 to 5 working days. It's the 25th today!!! I had to borrow money from friends and family for my emergency while I have my money being stored somewhere!!

To make matters worse, during the process I went to the branch and the man said he couldn't see my withdrawal on his system so he put in another one and told me it would reflect, I shouldn't worry. That was 2 weeks ago!! I don't even think he processed the 2nd withdrawal because I have not received any communication regarding it.

I'm canceling every contract and policy I gave with Old Mutual! I'm deeply hurt and extremely tired.
