Horrible Service

<p>I may be behind on premiums but would like to sort it out - no assistance. I tried to phone too many times and I would be put on hold for too long or can't get through at all. I received a letter with an amount for me to pay before a certain date which I did. and after the payment was received they sent me an sms and said it's not enough. why wasn't the "ENOUGH" amount included on the initial letter sent. Is this how they treat someone who has been with them almost 5 years? Or would they rather cancel before withdrawals? I never expected such a service from a name we know.</p>
