Horrible service

<p>I have received the not horrible services when it come to cancelling a investment with Old Mutual. I have to proof that im my child mother by getting a letter of gaurdernship. I have giving you all the proof you needed and still you want me to get letters from social workers or place stations proofing that ny daughter is my child. That is the must stupid requirement i have ever heard. My daughter birth certificate states her mother name and id number and my id was included and still uses feel that thats not enough to prove that im her mother. I am absolutely disguested by this. Spoken to a manager who is of no help even. I just want this stupid thing cancelled. You guys are to sign people up then uses dont care if its a minor but now uses want to go through such **** to cancel. Just stop taking my money and cancel this stupid thing</p>
