Horrible service

The service at Old Mutual is very bad and they totally disregard their client. I recently canceled two of my investments due to unforseen matters.

It has been almost 3 months of back and forth, phone calls being dropped and empty promises being made. I keep getting escalations have been made but zero progress.

I have resolved I will no longer use old mutual for anything. They are a ****
