Horrible service ?

I cancelled policies with old mutual and they still debited money from my salary when I inquire they claim not to have seen the money! Been 15 days since I tried to resolve this but no luck!

I cancelled my retirement annuity with old mutual they then sent me an email claiming that according to their records there's no retirement annuity however money has been taken from my salary!

I cancelled my 2 in 1 investment plan they keep rejecting the dovuments for whatever reason!

Feels like am talking to myself and no one is willing to help! @old mutual
