Horrible Service

I have made an application for a loan with old mutual finance since the 26th March, I was told that my application by Nompumelelo that my loan was approved for R 20000 on this very day, I accepted the offer, signed and submitted the relevant documents, confirmation of employment was done and I was promised funds by the latest 07/03/2016, I made a follow up with the branch and was told that my offer has being reduced to R15000, then was requested to sign again, told again to wait a day all's in order, waited a day no communication, the consultant is always at the \ladies\" promises to callback, never does, when I do take time from work to visit the branch all's always just alright. "
