Horrible service

Iv been waiting for over 6 months for a response on a claim on a policy I keep calling in to find out what is going on and each time I call I get different answers from their office I'm disgusted with their poor level of service no one can be honest and helpful each time they say I never send the documents I have all my records that I have send everything they require but up till now I have not heard anything from them I tried calling them and emailing but no answer I'm very disappointed and disgusted with old mutual. If there were an option to give a zero star I would have done that
