Pathetic customer service

I have been trying to get hold of the customer call centre but agents drop the line after putting me on hold for no reason.Im not happy and I been trying to get to complaints to close the account but they dont want to put me through they just put me to money account that drops lines.

Am very disappointed with the level of service I receive.

All I want is to reverse an unauthorised debit order and close this stupid account.Pitty the salary switching and debit order switching department answers very quick...Your the worst bank ever, I regret opening an account with you.

Leave the banking industry to real banks!!
