HORRIBLE SERVICE

If it was possible I was going to rate them 0. The experience has been horrible. I sent a withdrawal instruction I June and to date I have not received the funds. I followed up more than 30 times and every time I'm told a different story. I was told that my case was escalated to the back office team more than a month ago and that a team leader will call me but I'm still waiting, and two weeks ago I was told the transaction is at payout stage but to date the funds gave not been released. A complaint was lodged on Friday and I'm still waiting for someone to call me. This is pathetic
