Horrible Experience from customer care!!!!!!!!!

I'm extremly unhappy with the service my mom has recieved from this company called Old Mutual, she has been sent from miller to post trying to claim from her matured policy. When she calls head office the staff there simply answer the phone and leave her holding for hours without saying a word until her airtime runs out or they drop the call. We have tried going through their sales department, by requesting call backs they still do the same. If you don't want to find yourself in trouble at claim stage please don't do business with Old Mutual!!!!
