Horrible Customer Services

<p>I Had a educational policy with them since August 2014, of which i use to save R500.00 a month and now i decided to cancel the investment. so the cancellation process was very quick, but the money i received after saving for the past 2 years i only receive R6000.00 an couple of rands, if you calculate that money in that 2 year its actually double but for some reason i only get not even half. so i went to the branch to try an understand, the firts this the lady told it was" remember this is not the bank", i think you must advise people that before they open their investment plans, i am glad i cancelled it, i even had an appointment to go an open my investment, but i guess i just have to go to the bank and atleast they will be interest instead of loss.</p>
