Horrible customer service

Old mutual has the worst customer service. I requested to change my banking details beginning of October for products i have with them. To this day they have not done it. I called about three times to check and each they would tell me it's in process it will be done, only today to be told no it wasn't done. Also, i was on hold for 30min. Terrible service i tell you.
