Horrible customer service

I went to a branch in Jabulani Mall and the lady who was assisting me was very rude and unwelcoming. She clearly does not like what's she's doing maybe some futher Customer service training would be beneficial to her because now the whole branch will have a BAD reflection just because of 1 person. Not even sure what's her name because everyone there didn't have a name badge on but 1 of her colleagues think they called her Matolo.
