Horrible customer service

The most pethetic customer service from Old mutual Green Acress. Clients lest standing outside for more than an hour without any assistance, some even lest the line as they were fed up. Consultants just walks in and out. Yoh. No wonder one family from KZN left..... In one of their branches.
