Horrible customer service

I've been contacting old mutual pertaining my policy for months now and it seems nobody is willing to assist me.because I went to their branches and the stories that I got there are not the same as the emails that I'm receiving. They say I have more than five missed premiums and i have been paying my policy i even tried to scan the deposit slips and email them to their costumer service until today im still waiting.
