Horrible customer service
Old Mutual really doesn't care about their customers. It is very easy for them to take your money every month, but it is a huge difficulty claiming back!<br> <br> Useless! I will cancel all policies with Old Mutual and tell the whole world how useless in *********** they are! Rather use another company!
