Horrible customer experience

Worst financial services institution ever. Horrible and poor customer service. *********** does not even begin to describe the institution, horrible nightmare. Money making scheme.Been trying to change a surname in the system since March until to date nothing has happened. Greenlife life cover stopped debiting without notice and tried to reactivate then they decide to debit on their own date which we didn't agree on. Then I decided to just cancel it, then went to the branch to cancel even received my cancellation has been finalised then boom debit order goes off. I even cancelled my son education policy and I am still waiting for my refund. I am deeply disappointed with old mutual. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
