Horrible client-care services

if it was upto me, old mutual doesnt even deserve a star reason being that. I put in a request for a withdrawal on the 30th of Nov2023 which i should get the money within 5-7 days as promised, when i called on day 7 they told me that my claim was rejected and nobody informed me, so when I asked about who is going to carry the cost cause I needed the savings money for something they told me to get a loan to solve Old mutual's mistakes. so this company is not safe because clients are held liable for their own employee's mistakes. I would not recommend using Old Mutual services to anyone.
