Horrible call centre service

The most terrible service I've had in my entire life. The call centre is a mess. They literally hang up on you or just keep quiet. I just exhausted all my airtime after being asked to hold.....took 30min before the call cut.

No decency to call back. DO NOT TAKE UP any offers from Old Mutual. Quick to debit but hard to reach. Disgusted at the service. So backwards the entire business is. Never ever again.
