Horrible business stay away.
I have an old mutual loan I took in 2023 September with original term of 30 months. I only received on statement since then. I logged in to check my balance to my suprise my loan has not moved since then only R10000 is off and my loan term is now 54 months. I want an explanation ASAP before I report this to the ombudsman. How is it that I don't get regular statements and why is my loan not reducing? I complained also about the marketing calls numerous times but I still get them to date. Bad business, I would not recommend to anyone. This is daylight *******. This is why I cancelled my policy in the first place.
