HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

Sandisiwe (from pre-legal) has no customer service skills. She cuts on clients when they speak, is rude - and has no approach when speaking to a client in general. I cannot wait to see the back of OLD MUTUAL FINANCE - and personally, would never recommend anyone to use them. Infact, she did not resolve/or answer the reason for my initial call.
