Horrible and pathetic service

Worst service ever.

My mom has been waiting for over 4days to receive simple income statements from her two annuities. It is impossible to get through to them.

A consultant replys to the email with the wrong document attached and when emailed back we get no response.

For people with quite a bit of money invested you would expect better service.
