I went to an Old mutual branch on Monday 31 May 2021 to surrender a policy. I was told up to 5 working days for the payout. Up until today 9 June 2021 no payout has been made. I have called rhe contact centre twice on Monday 7th June and again Yesterday 8th June I was told to allow 24 - 48 hours still nothing happened! Service is horrible!!!!
